Shipping
At Raquelitas, freshness is everything. That’s why we ship only to U.S. addresses—sorry, international friends (we’re working on it!). To maintain the peak flavor of our tortillas and chips, we ship using UPS and USPS. They offer the best rates with the fastest shipping times for you.
We ship our orders all together once a month. This is to ensure freshness of the batch, and quite frankly, thats all we can handle currently. Limited time special edition isn't a marketing gimmick. We simply can't make more than we're offering. Contact us with a bulk order, we can work on getting you taken care of at least two weeks in advance.
In the rare event of a lost shipment, don’t worry — we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
Cancellations & Modifications
Changed your mind? We accept cancellations within 24 hours of your order—just contact us ASAP to get it sorted.
Shipping to the wrong address is no fun, so please double-check your details at checkout. If you need to update your shipping address, let us know immediately, and we’ll confirm the change with you via email.
Once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to make modifications, so don’t wait to reach out!
Refund Policy
We want you to love every single bite. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, let us know within 5 days of receiving it by contacting us here on our website.
Here’s how we’ll make it right:

Since our tortillas and chips are perishable, we can’t accept returns. But trust us, we’ll do everything possible to make sure you’re happy (and full).
