Freshness is our top priority. Every tortilla and chip in this bundle is made-to-order, ensuring you get the best flavor and quality possible. By preordering, you’re securing tortillas and chips that are crafted fresh, just for you.

2. What makes Raquelitas tortillas different?
We use chef-driven recipes and premium ingredients to create tortillas that are soft, flavorful, and versatile. Whether it’s the richness of our Butter Tortillas or the bold kick of our Chili Crunch Tortillas, every bite showcases the craftsmanship that’s made us a favorite in Colorado for decades.

3. Can I customize the box?
This bundle is curated to highlight our newest and most exclusive flavors. Customization isn’t available for this drop, but rest assured, every product in the bundle is a standout.

4. Are the tortillas and chips made with local ingredients?
Yes! We’re proudly local and committed to sourcing high-quality ingredients, over 95% of which are from Colorado. It’s all part of what makes Raquelitas unique.

5. How do I store the tortillas and chips?
For maximum freshness:

• Tortillas: Refrigerate and use within 21 days, or freeze for up to 1 year. They thaw and reheat beautifully!
• Chips: Store in a cool, dry place and enjoy within 2 months.

6. Can I pick up my bundle?
Pickup will be at our Raquelitas retail shop in Denver. After your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with all the details, including pickup dates and times when it's ready for pickup!  PLEASE NOTE: Pickups are only available Friday and Saturday during store hours (Noon - 6 PM). If you cannot make it during this time regularly, please get it shipped! We cannot accommodate Sunday - Thursday pickup. Given the nature of the specialty flavors, we cannot remake them the following week either. They will be fresh that weekend and that weekend only. 

7. Will there be more bundles in the future?
We’re exploring it all! We're also open to suggestions - have a great idea? Let us know! 

8. What’s Sonoran style?
Our Sonoran-style tortillas are known for their thin, flexible texture and rich flavor, making them perfect for tacos, wraps, or enjoying on their own.

9. Is this bundle suitable for dietary restrictions?
Each tortilla has a distinct recipe, so if you have specific dietary needs or allergies, feel free to contact us directly for detailed ingredient lists. Allergens for each product are included in the product images. You can find them on the bottom of the product descriptions.

10. Can I reheat the tortillas? What’s the best way?
Absolutely! For the best results:

• Heat tortillas on a dry skillet or griddle over medium heat for 10-15 seconds per side until warm and pliable.
• For a softer texture, warm in a dry skillet or griddle low and slow for a minute or two per side.
• Avoid overcooking, as it can dry them out!
